MEET OUR PASTORS
Pastor Dale McBean
Pastor Dale McBean is an immigrant of Jamaica (W.I.). Pastor Dale committed his life to the Lord on January, 1984. He is the founder and senior Pastor of Fountain of Truth International Ministries. The ministry started with seven persons in January of 2008 and the fellowship has grown since into a strong spiritual mature church. He is married to an anointed woman of God, Lady Tiffany McBean. Their union has blessed them with two sons, Phillip and Joseph.
God has placed a calling on Pastor Dale’s life to help equip the body of Christ and to advance the message of the Kingdom of God. He is a steward of the gospel and he believes it is very important to know your spiritual gifts and to operate in them to the best of your ability as the Holy Spirit leads.
He was asked to serve the Assemblies of God in Jamaica as their national Youth Director in 1990. He held this office for ten years. During this time he attended Jamaica Theological Seminary where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theology. He also ministered as a staff worker for the Student Christian Fellowship and Scripture Union (SCFSU). He started and directed House of Prayer Ministry (Ja) for 10 years. He was a well sought after youth and motivational speaker in the Caribbean and South Florida. He migrated to the United State to further his studies in Christian Education at the Trinity International University (South Florida campus) where he earned a Masters in Religious Studies with an emphasis in Christian Education. During his studies, he served as the Christian Education director at the Gateway church where the late Reverend Dr. N. G. Hyatt was his bishop and mentor. He later moved to Orlando where he ministered as an Associate Pastor at the Deeper Life Assembly with Senior Pastor Dr. Amar Ramibsoon.
His mission, as a servant of God, is to be a catalyst for change to advance the Kingdom of God, through enriching the lives of others with God’s Word so that they will be a positive influence in the home, church and community. Pastor Dale is an outstanding preacher and teacher with a unique gift to exegete the Word of God in a scholarly and highly anointed way that allows his audience to see the relevance of the scripture as it relates to their every day issues.
Lady Tiffany McBean
Lady Tiffany is happily married to Pastor Dale McBean. Their union has blessed them with two sons, Phillip and Joseph. She is an educator and graduate of the University of the West Indies, Jamaica, where she did her undergraduate studies in English and Management. She completed her post graduate studies in Education Leadership at the Nova Southeastern University, Ft Lauderdale.
Lady Tiffany accepted Jesus as her personal savior at the age of 11 and started ministering at a very early age by way of music. She is a well sought after recording artiste. Now, she serves alongside her husband in ministry as co-pastor and leading worship. Her passion for children has led her to minister in the Children’s Ministry and Sunday school.
She is the founder of Precious Princesses (a mentoring program for young girls) and I –Care (a one on one mentoring program for all ages). She is a vibrant leader of the Women of Virtue Ladies Ministry and the host of several workshops. She coordinates small groups and Bible Study for new believers and is extremely passionate about developing people in the Word of God.
